At Payjoy, the operations team conducted daily training sessions for new partners. Every week, around 300 people joined a Google Meet room to learn how to use our platform.

In September 2025, we began exploring ways to migrate these training programs to a professional platform that would allow users to access structured content and provide them with a supportive environment in their day-to-day work. In addition, we sought to make it easier to update and distribute our content at scale.

Since then, Hotscool has played a key role in implementing this project in a structured and automated manner. We currently have approximately 600 students enrolled in our courses, and we are on track to reach our goal of 20,000 students by 2026.

Hotscool has significantly streamlined our operations by providing technology that integrates live training with a continuous learning experience.
